Accessibility
Access should be practical,
respectful, and continuous.
The Foundation is committed to improving digital accessibility for people with disabilities.
1. Commitment
Embajadores International Foundation, Inc. seeks to provide a website that is usable by a broad audience, including people who use assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time certification.
2. Design and implementation goals
The website should use semantic structure, logical headings, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus indicators, descriptive links, meaningful alternative text, sufficient color contrast, responsive layouts, readable typography, captions or transcripts where appropriate, and accessible form labels and error messages.
3. Standards
The Foundation’s implementation target is substantial conformance with generally recognized accessibility practices, including relevant portions of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. No representation is made that every page or third-party component will always meet every success criterion.
4. Third-party content
Some payment tools, embedded services, maps, videos, social platforms, documents, event systems, or linked resources may be controlled by third parties. The Foundation will seek accessible options where practicable but may not control every feature.
5. Assistance and feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or wish to request a reasonable accommodation related to website content, contact info@embajadoresinternational.org. Please describe the page, content, or feature involved and the assistance requested.
6. Response
The Foundation will review accessibility requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable period based on the nature of the request, available resources, and applicable law.
