1. Event media

The Foundation may photograph, record, livestream, or document selected public activities for reporting, education, outreach, historical, donor-accountability, and promotional purposes. Event-specific notice will be provided when practicable.

2. Consent and releases

Focused interviews, testimonials, portraits, stories involving sensitive circumstances, and identifiable content involving minors should use appropriate written consent or release procedures. Parent or guardian authorization may be required for minors.

3. Incidental crowd images

Public events may involve incidental images of attendees in crowds or backgrounds. A participant who wishes to avoid focused photography should notify event staff, recognizing that complete exclusion from all incidental images cannot be guaranteed.

4. Dignity, accuracy, and privacy

Content should preserve dignity, avoid exploitation, represent activities accurately, and exclude confidential, medical, donor, beneficiary, or other sensitive information unless authorized and appropriate.

5. Requests

Questions or reasonable requests concerning Foundation-controlled media may be sent to info@embajadoresinternational.org. Removal requests will be evaluated based on control of the material, legal obligations, archival needs, public interest, and practicability.
