Leadership and governance at Embajadores International Foundation are carried out by confirmed leaders who guide EIF and support Staying Connected Network — A Program of EIF.
Confirmed leadership
The Foundation publishes leadership roles according to its current governing records. Officers and program leaders serve within the authority established by law, the Foundation’s governing documents, Board action, approved budgets, policies, and written delegations. For organizations filing Form 990, the IRS instructions describe governance and management reporting.
Founder · President
Provides executive leadership for EIF, advancing its charitable mission, organizational development, partnerships, and responsible administration within the authority established by the Board and the Foundation’s governing documents.
Vice President · Program Director, Staying Connected Network
Supports Foundation leadership and directs Staying Connected Network, coordinating Board-authorized community programming, participant engagement, volunteers, and program reporting within EIF’s governance and financial controls.
Our leadership standard
The Foundation maintains a leadership structure designed to support responsible growth while protecting its charitable mission, public trust, financial integrity, and service commitments.
Leadership should understand the needs, strengths, and opportunities of Hernando County and surrounding communities.
Directors must place the Foundation’s charitable purpose and public interest above personal, family, political, or private benefit.
The Board should bring complementary experience in nonprofit governance, finance, programs, technology, education, partnerships, community service, and risk oversight.
Leadership must exercise informed judgment, document decisions, manage conflicts appropriately, and support transparent reporting.
Community-first commitment
Embajadores International Foundation is a Florida public charity whose primary service area is Hernando County and surrounding Florida communities. Its purpose is to connect people, resources, education, technology, service, and partnerships—not to advance private interests.
Understand real community needs before designing a response.
Evaluate mission alignment, finances, safety, capacity, and compliance.
Document authority, budgets, responsibilities, and controls.
Deliver approved work with dignity, inclusion, and respect.
Maintain records and communicate verified results.
Governance model
The Board of Directors is the Foundation’s highest ordinary internal governing authority. Officers, program leaders, committees, and volunteers work only within authority established by law, governing documents, Board action, approved budgets, policies, and written delegations.
Staying Connected Network is an official fictitious name and internal program of Embajadores International Foundation, Inc. It is not a separate nonprofit organization and has no independent governing board, bank account, ownership, or contracting authority.
Governance records
The Foundation’s bylaws, governance manuals, policies, procedures, resolutions, meeting records, execution pages, and related materials are maintained with its official corporate records. Public materials are released according to applicable law, Board authorization, privacy, security, and record-retention requirements.
