The Board of Directors is the Foundation's highest ordinary internal governing authority. Officers and program leaders work within authority established by law, governing documents, Board action, approved budgets, policies, and written delegations.

Staying Connected Network is an official fictitious name and internal program of Embajadores International Foundation, Inc. It is not a separate nonprofit organization and has no independent governing board, bank account, ownership, or contracting authority.
Governance status
Governance documents adopted July 28, 2026
The Foundation’s bylaws, governance manuals, policies, expanded policies, procedures, resolutions, and related governance materials were approved by the Board effective July 28, 2026. The corresponding agenda, meeting minutes, execution pages, and certified records are maintained with the Foundation’s official corporate records.
