Impact & Accountability

Measure what matters.
Report what is verified.

The Foundation communicates impact through documented activities, responsible storytelling, financial accountability, and verified results.

Our reporting standard

No invented numbers. No exaggerated claims.

Impact statements should be supported by attendance records, volunteer records, financial records, partner confirmation, program documentation, approved reports, or other reliable evidence.

01

Document

Record approved activities, participation, volunteer service, resources, outputs, and relevant outcomes.

02

Verify

Review data and stories for accuracy, authorization, privacy, consent, context, and consistency with Foundation records.

03

Report

Publish clear information without overstating reach, results, attribution, or future commitments.

Community impact framework

Track service from activity to public benefit.

The Foundation’s impact framework is designed to distinguish between what was delivered, who participated, what resources were used, and what verifiable change occurred.

Stories should help the public understand the Foundation’s work without exploiting participants, disclosing unnecessary private information, or implying results that cannot be supported.

1

Permission

Use appropriate consent, releases, and authorization before publishing identifiable stories, photographs, interviews, or testimonials.

2

Accuracy

Confirm names, roles, dates, program details, quotations, outcomes, and attribution before publication.

3

Privacy & Context

Avoid unnecessary medical, financial, donor, beneficiary, minor, or other sensitive information and preserve the context of the story.

Impact reporting is being built from verified records.

Initial metrics, annual reports, and approved stories will be published as the Foundation completes its first reporting cycles and authorizes materials for public release.
