Event Participation Terms
Clear expectations.
Responsible experiences.
Event-specific information controls when it differs from these general terms.
1. Registration and eligibility
Participation may be subject to capacity, age, venue, safety, accessibility, or program-specific requirements. Registration does not guarantee admission when an event is full, cancelled, or subject to eligibility restrictions disclosed in advance.
2. Conduct and safety
Participants must follow lawful instructions, venue rules, safety procedures, and standards of respectful conduct. The Foundation may remove a person whose behavior creates a material safety risk, disrupts the event, or violates published requirements.
3. Accessibility and accommodations
Reasonable accommodation requests should be submitted as early as practicable through the contact page. The Foundation will evaluate requests in light of the event, venue, available resources, and applicable law.
4. Changes, postponement, and cancellation
Event details may change because of weather, safety, venue availability, public-health conditions, operational needs, or circumstances outside the Foundation’s control. Event-specific refund terms, when applicable, will be stated before payment.
5. Media and photography
Photography or recording may occur at selected events. Notice will be provided where practicable. Participants may request assistance regarding image use, but the Foundation cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental crowd images. See the Media & Photography Notice.
6. Drawings by chance
Any Foundation drawing by chance must have event-specific official rules and must comply with Florida law. No purchase, contribution, donation, entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase may be required to enter or win. Any suggested donation is voluntary and does not improve the chance of winning. Advertising and entry materials must identify the Foundation, principal place of business, rules, prize funding source, drawing details, and the no-purchase-necessary method.
7. Event-specific controls
Each approved event may include additional terms covering tickets, sponsorship, prohibited items, minors, food, alcohol service by authorized vendors, transportation, waivers, or other operational matters.
